Housing for the course consists of apartments in the "HUAXI" residential complex, 50 metres from the hospital, run by the operator Yuncheng "ShangXianSheng" Hotel Management Co., Ltd. The cost ranges from 2,500 to 3,900 yuan a month depending on the apartment type and the number of people; the coordinator helps with booking and moving in.

Who provides the housing
Housing for the course is in the "HUAXI" residential complex, 50 metres from the hospital. The apartments are let by the operator Yuncheng "ShangXianSheng" Hotel Management Co., Ltd., not by the hospital itself: the coordinator handles booking and the first steps in the complex, but the rental terms and price are set by the management company.
To move in, book the apartment in advance — about 10 days before arrival — and send a copy of your ticket. From there the coordinator helps on the spot: giving an orientation tour of the neighbourhood and bringing in an interpreter for dealing with the management company.
The housing is not provided by the hospital
The apartments in the "HUAXI" complex are let by Yuncheng "ShangXianSheng" Hotel Management Co., Ltd. — an independent company, not part of the hospital. All prices and rental terms are set by this company; the hospital helps coordinate booking and moving in, but is not directly responsible for the rental terms.
The apartments and what's in them
The apartments in "HUAXI" are fully equipped studios: a TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a fridge, a washing machine, an induction cooktop, a wardrobe, a water cooler, a sofa and a coffee table.
The complex is within walking distance of the hospital: a supermarket and grocery stores are nearby, and the grounds include a central square with places to rest after sessions.
How much accommodation costs
The cost of accommodation depends on the apartment type and the number of people. If the course is shorter than 15 days, a daily rate applies instead of the monthly one.

- 500 CNY — refunded on checkout, minus the cost of any damage

- 500 CNY — a positive balance must be maintained
Utilities and additional costs
Utilities and seasonal services are billed separately from the apartment rent.
Three payments are due at check-in: the first month's rent (2,500–3,900 CNY depending on the apartment type), the deposit, and the prepayment for utilities. After that, rent is due 5 days before the start of each following month.
If payment is late, the rate switches to the daily one — 128 to 188 CNY a day depending on the apartment type. Stays over 15 days are billed at the monthly rate, shorter stays at the daily rate; if you leave suddenly without notice, the payment is not refunded.

House rules
The rules of the "HUAXI" complex are the usual rental rules: keep the apartment clean, do not damage the furniture, and stay within the allowed power limit for appliances. There is no need to dig into the legal specifics (gambling, document access, apartment swaps) — following the laws of China and the complex's rules is enough, and the full set of rules is handed over at check-in.
If you have questions or complaints about the accommodation, raise them through an interpreter with the manager of Yuncheng "ShangXianSheng" Hotel Management Co., Ltd.
At check-in
- Inspect the appliances, furniture and plumbing before signing off
- Keep the keys and access cards safe and do not hand them to anyone else
During the stay
- Keep the apartment clean, no smoking indoors
- Do not move or damage the furniture
- Do not use appliances rated above 2 kW
- Keep the doors locked and follow the complex's rules
